Let us start by saying that there is more to breathing then just sucking in air
now and again! And there are certainly advantages for health.
Preventing and healing of cancer
Many of us are aware of somebody who has been affected in some way by cancer
cancer now or have had it in the past or someone in their family or in their circle
of friends
As I write, a family member has very recently been
diagnosed with a malignant tumor in the salivary glands leading to invasive surgery and a loss of facial muscle use. Over 20 yrs ago I had cancer of the cervix which was removed via drastic surgery and my own mother died of a cancer that had spread into the lymphatic system. One of my uncles died of skin cancer not too long ago.
So this serious illness has definitely affected myself and dear ones
ones and I’m sure people who you know too. The good news is that in this modern age of information, the ability to become aware of the issues and remedies avilable, make it much more possible to become an active participant in our own healing process and to be able to take early preventative steps and be able to support conventional
With this in mind se the list below which has been compiled to show some of the major areas, activities
food and choices of how we live which are often linked with an increased risk of contracting cancer. All of these factors are associated with cancer although they may not be a direct cause of it.
A list of Cancer Risk Factors
1. Diet: Eating meats that are high in fat. A consistently high fat, high protein diet
2. Drinking a lot of coffee, tea, coke and many other fizzy drinks
3. Aflatoxins i.e fungal products found in foods like peanuts and soya
4. A diet low in iodine and essential vitamins and minerals
5. Amines, nitrosamines, found in unrefrigerated foods, processed meat and
cheese
6. Slow movement of foods through the colon
7. Overeating (associated in 35% of all cancers) and being overweight
8. Some species of mushrooms.
9. A diet that includes too many sugary and refined or processed foods
10. History of any previous cancer
11. Diabetes
12. Early sexual activities – particularly cervical cancer
13. Genetic inheritance, age, race, family history and background, what work you do
14. Estrogens
15. Some hair dyes
16. Viral infections, flu, colds, diarrhea and rashes
17. Drugs such as antibiotics, aspirin, water tablets, immunosuppressants,
amphetamines or antihistamines
18. Smoking and drinking alcohol to excess
19. Excessive exposure to chemicals in the environment, industrial fumes,
solvents, asbestos and hydrocarbons
20. Stress, especially if prolonged or consistent, depression and guilt
21. Over exposure to cold, heat and radiation.
22. contaminated and not so pure drinking water.
23. Shallow or regular poor breathing
All of these factors when taken either singly or as a whole can overtax the body’s ability to cope and lead to an increased risk of toxemic conditions and to acidosis which is an environment in which anaerobic organism thrive.
If you have poor breathing it may not cause cancer directly but since cancer is
anerobic and is unable to thrive where there are high concentrations of oxygen, anything
that brings more oxygen into the body and blood is good. Poor breathing patterns can seriously affect your physical health as well as your
emotional and mental wellbeing.
Oxygen is in fact a natural antibiotic and so optimal breathing is one way to ensure a good supply of material with which to fight viruses and bacteria
For the best chances of success with a cancer treatment, make sure you
practice and develop your breathing.
What is YOUR Breathing Like?
Take the F.REE Breathing Test and Evaluation!!
How well or poorly we breathe will have an effect on whether or not we suffer from heart attacks, cancer, asthma, bronchitis and so on. So are peak performance such as in activities requiring mental acuity, athletics, acting, speaking or singing.
Cancer Growth
The term, cancer originally comes from the latin word for crab. Cancer was
described as a crab-like disease by Hippocrates, who noticed that cancer, by
nature creeps and spreads throughout the body, eventually bringing death. Now cancer is more usually defined as an uncontrolled growth and spread of abnormal cells in the body. In fact cancer is a general term that covers more than one disease, more like a hundred, however what is common to them all is the action of abnormal cells multiplying uncontrollably.
Since cancer is anaerobic it can’t survive where oxygen is present. This goes towards explaining
why the One organ that is otherwise so prone to failing under constant stress and poor diet, the heart, in fact never gets cancer. The heart thrives on a plentiful supply of oxygen.
How Optimal Breathing Helps
Optimal breathing can help to provide an adequate supply of oxygen to the body and works very well alongside other remedies and techniques to ensure good health and a much lower risk of cancer and much higher survival rates
What we need to remember, however is that along with the use of oxygen the body produces a potentially lethal by-product known as free radicals which need to be dealt with by making sure you take in foods rich in antioxidants.
What antioxidants do
Antioxidants which are present in some foods slow down or reverse the oxidative damage to our
body. They act as “free radical scavengers” and in this way prevent and repair any damage done by these free radicals.
Antioxidants can be gained from taking vitamins through food or supplements, mainly carrots, fruits, cabbage, nuts, fish, grains, eggs and some superfoods such as Acai Berry and Saw Palmetto.
Other common antioxidants include flavonoids from pomegranate and purple grapes, lycopene from tomatoes, lutein from dark green vegetables, and lignan from oats and rye
Natural Treatments
Other remedies which help in the fight against cancer include internal cleansing,
destressing, elimination of parasites, changing negative into positive thoughts, optimism and self confidence. By changing attitude and by learning to relax and de-stress the immune system is strengthened. This can be achieved through various methods such as laughter therapy, positive affirmations, taking walks and meditating or listening to relaxing music or all of these together
Being too hypervigilant, usually connected to some past trauma which puts the body on hyperalert, or thinking negatively
feelings of guilt, putting blame onto others, being over critical of self, in combination with poor
toxic overload can result in an internal environment which encourages a flood of
unfriendly baceria and organisms into the body. Eventually the body’s immune
system, biochemical and energetic system and basic life flow becomes
overwhelmed by overload, blocks and chaotic disruptions. All of this may encourage cancer
and other serious diseases to take over.
The energy therapy, EFT
This new and latest energy therapy is based on tapping on the acupressure points of the body to unblock any blocks in the energy flow of the body which may have come about through mental, physical, environmental and emotional upsets and stresses.
